What Changed in Timezone Notifications
We have updated our scheduling engine to respect your local time zone for all critical batch alerts.
What Changed
Cure completion and strain-ready notifications were sent at 7 AM Eastern Time — which meant makers in other timezones received alerts in the middle of the night or at inconvenient hours.
Before: All scheduled notifications fired at 7 AM ET. A maker in Manila received their cure-ready alert at 8 PM the previous evening.
Now: Both cure completion and strain-ready notifications are delivered at 7 AM in your local timezone. Set your timezone in Settings → Business Profile and your alerts will arrive at the right time for your studio, wherever you are.
